Ingredients for Pan-Seared Rockfish
    Rockfish Fillets
  • 4 fillets Rockfish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Flour Coating
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
  • Cooking Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • Lemon Caper Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 1-2 lemons)
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
